The huge sound of ‘Invincible’ comes from the mind of Lars And The Magic Mountain. The track is drenched in a huge reverb that makes every instrument feel massive; at the same time, there is a distinct sense of tight-knight collaboration and community created by the folk-inspired instrumentation and the addictive, multi-voice, singalong outro. Lars himself explains that he “tried to capture the feeling of immortality and eternity, that being in love can give you. I embraced the idea of the stream of consciousness and used words and thoughts with a sense of lightness to it; strings, horns, gospel vocals and some repetitive hypnotizing elements to try and get the listener in that special zone too.” Be on the lookout for what comes next from this exciting group. -Dan Peeke
